Train to become a primary teacher
Published: Wed 4 November 2026Have you, or someone you know, ever considered a career in teaching?
We are recruiting for our School-Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) programme, delivered in partnership with national education charity, Teach First.
What is SCITT?
Our SCITT offers a flexible route to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in just one year. From day one, you’ll be based in our school, gaining hands-on classroom experience alongside expert support and mentoring.
We are looking for primary trainees to start in September 2027. Whether you’ve recently graduated or are considering a career change, this is your chance to make a real difference in primary education.
Hear from our 2025 graduates and learn more about their experiences.
